Since opening our doors in 2012, the foundation of Tiny Twigs Childcare has evolved from the exceptional talent and true passion within the team.
As the heart of what we do, each team member is dedicated to making sure all families are made to feel welcome everyday. I am commited to building a childcare program that exceeds industry standards while providing a safe and nurturing, learning environment.

I never thought about childcare or the profession of childcare until I had my daughter. I worked at the corporate headquarters for Sylvan Learning Centers as an Administrative Assistant. We did not have a consistent family member to care for our child, as a result my husband and I searched for a family provider.
Since the year 2001 I have maintained my commitment to the profession of childcare. Part of my commitment to professionalism is to meet and network with like-minded individuals, individuals that strive to raise the quality of childcare.
One of my proudest accomplishments was having the privilege of working with an extremely dedicated and talented teaching team for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration child development center located in Greenbelt, Maryland.
Over the years I have continued my education by enrolling and receiving my Associates of Science for Early Childhood Development and am currently enrolled at Towson State University for the Bachelor of Arts Early Childhood Education degree.
